Miller Capital Advisory (MCA) is a national real estate investment advisor specializing in fashion-oriented retail and mixed-use properties, with asset values of $8 billion as of 12/31/25. Focusing on high-quality, investment-grade properties, MCA manages and acquires market-dominant retail properties featuring long-term growth potential.
MCA pursues wholly-owned property investments and joint venture investments, with best-in-class owners and operators. Our joint venture partners include such established organizations as The Simon Property Group, The Macerich Company, and GGP. From time to time, MCA also ventures with smaller entrepreneurial development companies in properties that meet our underwriting standards.

Miracle Mile Shops
Miracle Mile Shops is the only shopping center on the Las Vegas strip to be renovated since 2008. Its recent renovation brought new finishes, amenities, state-of-the-art technological enhancements including a Lost City attraction, the crowd-pleasing Rain Show and over 26,000 square feet of new state-of-the-art LED screens.
Miracle Eats is a vibrant, modern food court where guests can relax, recharge, and explore a variety of 11 mouthwatering food and drink choices.

Scottsdale Fashion Square is the definitive address for luxury retail and exceptional dining in the Southwest.
