Overview

Miller Capital Advisory (MCA) employs a focused approach to investment management and brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the management of our portfolio. Our team has broad and deep experience in leasing, operations, development and construction. The team executes short- and long-term initiatives which improve a variety of operating metrics resulting in added portfolio value.

Services

Acquisitions

We identify investment opportunities and perform underwriting, and due diligence processes including in-depth tenant and asset performance reviews, as well as transaction structuring and closing.

Asset Management

We develop strategies which optimize portfolio performance. The team strives to enhance leasing and management results and monitors performance through detailed financial analysis.

Strategic Consulting

We offer objective evaluations of single properties or entire portfolios. We also develop and implement repositioning strategies. MCA has a successful track record of executing complex restructuring and re-positioning strategies.

Dispositions

We offer valuation, market assessment, transaction structuring, and closing services. We constantly monitor capital markets and market transactions which inform real time valuation processes.

  • ANDREW MILLER

    PRESIDENT, CEO

    Andrew Miller is the President and CEO of Miller Capital Advisory, Inc (MCA). Miller founded MCA in 1996 to provide asset management and capital markets advice to a select clientele base. Miller oversees strategy, business development and acquisitions for MCA.

    Prior to forming MCA, Miller served as First Vice President, Capital Markets, for Homart Development Co. Homart was one of the nation’s leading developers and owners of retail investment properties prior to its liquidation in 1995. As First Vice President, Miller was responsible for acquisition, financing, joint venture structuring, and asset disposition activities.

    Altogether, Miller served 15 years with Homart in various managerial capacities, including acquisitions analysis, corporate planning, corporate finance, and accounting. Miller also had a five-year career in information technology with Sargent and Lundy Engineers prior to starting his real estate career with Homart.

    Miller holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago where he graduated with Dean’s List honors. He also holds a BS in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois in Urbana, where he graduated with Bronze Tablet / All University Honors, Magna cum Laude and High Departmental Distinction in Psychology.

  • IN MEMORIAM: JOHN NEUTZLING

    Executive VP, COO

    It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of John Neutzling on February 18, 2026, a highly respected leader and one of the retail real estate industry’s finest.

    John served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Miller Capital Advisory, Inc., where he led portfolio management, asset management, leasing, property management, and partner relations. He joined MCA in January 2007 after a distinguished career at Simon Property Group, where he spent more than 30 years rising from mall manager to Executive Vice President. At Simon, he oversaw property management for a portfolio of more than 185 retail properties and over 100 million square feet of gross leasable area, while also leading partner relations, asset management, and special projects.

    A proud Texan, known for his signature cowboy hats and distinctive designer eyeglass frames, John lived for many years in Indianapolis and Austin before returning home to San Antonio. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston.

    John will be remembered not only for his intellect and accomplishments, but for his mentorship, kindness, sharp wit, and uncommon ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He leaves behind a lasting legacy through the many colleagues, partners, and friends whose lives he improved.

  • MICHAEL GOLDBERG

    Executive VP, CFO

    Michael Goldberg is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MCA. Goldberg is responsible for the company’s capital markets activities, accounting and financial management, human resources and risk management.

    Goldberg joined MCA in January of 2003.

    Prior to joining MCA, Goldberg served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Rodamco North America N.V. for two years. Prior to that, Goldberg served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations for Urban Shopping Centers, Inc. During his seven-year career with Urban, Goldberg was responsible for all of the firm’s financing, cash management, and investor relations activities. Prior to joining Urban, Goldberg spent eleven years in commercial and investment banking with positions at Harris Bankcorp, First Chicago Corporation and Citizens Fidelity Bank.

    Goldberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky with honors and distinction.

    Goldberg also holds an MBA from Emory University.

  • MATT TRUDEAU

    Senior VP, Investments

    Matt Trudeau is Senior Vice President of Investments at MCA.  Trudeau is responsible for the oversight of acquisitions, dispositions, preparing strategic assessments of portfolio properties, preparing Annual Investment Plans and assisting the CEO in serving as a liaison to CalPERS staff.

    Trudeau joined MCA in February of 2001.

    Prior to joining MCA, Matt worked for General Growth Properties for nearly four years as a financial analyst where he ran financial models and supported partnership reporting efforts for the Homart portfolio.

    Trudeau holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Denison University.

    Trudeau also holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University, where he graduated with distinction.

Miracle Mile Shops

Miracle Mile Shops is the only shopping center on the Las Vegas strip to be renovated since 2008. Its recent renovation brought new finishes, amenities, state-of-the-art technological enhancements including a Lost City attraction, the crowd-pleasing Rain Show and over 26,000 square feet of new state-of-the-art LED screens.

Miracle Eats is a vibrant, modern food court where guests can relax, recharge, and explore a variety of 11 mouthwatering food and drink choices.
