Andrew Miller is the President and Chief Executive Officer. Miller is responsible for the firm's marketing and strategic initiatives. Miller also oversees investment and acquisition activities for the company.

Prior to founding MCA, Miller worked in several executive capacities for Homart Development Co. for 15 years. Homart was one of the nation's leading developers and owners of investment grade shopping centers and office buildings. Miller's responsibilities included asset dispositions, acquisition structuring, financing, joint venture structuring, and corporate planning and control.

Michael Goldberg is the firm's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Since his association with MCA in 2002, Goldberg has been primarily responsible for the firm's capital markets and financing activities.

Prior to associating with MCA, Goldberg worked in executive capacities for Urban Shopping Centers, Inc. for eight years. Goldberg was responsible for the firm's financing, cash management, and investor relation activities. Prior to joining Urban, Goldberg spent ten years in commercial banking with positions at Harris Bankcorp, First Chicago Corporation, and Citizens Fidelity Bank.
